FilesAnywhere.com Announces an Investment by Mark Cuban DALLAS --(Business Wire)-- June 22, 2006 -- FilesAnywhere.com announced today an investment by Mark Cuban to own majority interest in FilesAnywhere.com, a leading Internet backup service and online file collaboration web site. The first round of the investment was completed earlier this year. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The company remains privately held.

FilesAnywhere.com provides automated PC backups to web, together with simple online storage, folder sharing for groups and advanced features, which can all be accessed using any standard web browser. FilesAnywhere has received praise from several well-known publications, such as Ziff-Davis/PC Magazine's 4-star review, PC Today's #1 choice for online backup, and ConsumerGuide's Best Buy award. FilesAnywhere has recently experienced rapid growth in online PC backup plans for consumers, and in workgroup plans for corporate users who rely on FilesAnywhere to work on files together online from multiple locations.
