SER Wins ATA Technovation Award DULLES, Va. --(Business Wire)-- SER Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of call management and speech analytics solutions, announced today that its next-generation outbound solution, CPS Enterprise Edition (CPS E2(TM)), was recognized by the American Teleservices Association (ATA) with a Technovation Award. The award was presented at the 2006 ATA Annual Convention & Exposition.
Held at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort on October 8-11, this yearly convention attracts call center executives and managers from around the world, providing a forum for networking with the industry's leading teleservices organizations, and offering attendees the chance to evaluate the newest products and solutions available in the contact center industry. Additionally, the ATA recognizes companies for innovative contact center products and CPS E2 was one of the premier solutions selected for technology innovation and ingenuity.
"Technology firms and contact centers are continually developing new products and processes to better the lives of teleservices employees," states Tim Searcy, CEO of the American Teleservices Association. "The ATA's Technovation Awards program recognizes technological innovation and new product development. This year, the ATA honored and awarded new products and new services judged to be the most effective and influential to the teleservices channel."
"We are pleased that the ATA has recognized CPS E2 with a Technovation Award," said Larry Mark, Chief Technology Officer, SER Solutions, Inc. "SER's commitment to the teleservices industry has never wavered. For over two decades, we have provided innovative solutions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in the contact center. Continuing on our tradition, we developed CPS E2 to revolutionize the entire concept of campaign administration, helping our customers eliminate inefficient manual list segmentation processes, maximize right party contacts, and provide personalized customer service."
Developed for contact centers focused on telemarketing, collections, fund raising, proactive customer care, and other outbound-centric campaigns, CPS E2 helps organizations assure right-party contacts; increase customer satisfaction levels; and foster loyal, long-term customers. The product boasts several capabilities, including: Patented Predictive Dialing, Sophisticated Call Blending, Real-Time Portfolio Management, Advanced Contact Strategies, Outbound IVR, Agent-Free Campaigns, and Robust and Intuitive Scripting & Reporting.
CPS E2 is designed to support multi-site and multi-telephony platform deployments using SER's TSP500(TM) dialing switch or soft-dial through leading ACDs including Aspect and Avaya. CPS E2 can be deployed in an analog, digital, and/or VoIP environment.
