CT Summation Continues Steady Stream of Innovation, Announces iBlaze 2.8.2 and WebBlaze 2.1.1 Releases
SAN FRANCISCO --(Business Wire)-- CT Summation, the leader in litigation support and electronic data discovery solutions, today announces the release of CT Summation iBlaze 2.8.2 and WebBlaze 2.1.1. The latest in a steady stream of product releases, the upgrades of iBlaze and WebBlaze are compatible with the latest Microsoft operating systems and software.
iBlaze, CT Summation's flagship product and award-winning litigation support software, has been optimized for Microsoft's Office 2007 suite and Vista operating system--anticipating the litigation market demand for these technologies. As an indication of others' confidence in the product, it has been named as a finalist for the best Litigation Support Software in the 2007 Law Technology News(R) Awards.
The latest version of CT Summation WebBlaze, a robust Web-based litigation support application that allows secure case access via the Internet, is compatible with Internet Explorer 7.0 and .NET 2.0.
"Being compatible with the very latest Microsoft browser, .NET 2.0 and operating systems gives our customers maximum flexibility. Our solutions were created by litigators, which means we continue to benefit from innovation based on first-hand knowledge of the litigation process--coupled with direct feedback from our users," said Tom Rump, vice president of Litigation Solutions at Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services and general manager of CT Summation. "We embrace our heritage as a pioneer in the litigation support industry and take pride in the fact that we continue to anticipate market demands with each release. And, we're excited that our customers have shown they agree by nominating us as a finalist for three 2007 Law Technology News(R) Awards."
"Nothing else has the features and functionality of CT Summation's products," said Whitney Summers, Litigation Support Specialist, Burr Forman LIP who has been using CT Summation products since 1999. "iBlaze has the ability to cull 100,000 documents to what is responsive to an issue. We have attorneys on the road taking depositions around the United States, for sometimes up to two months. They are able to take more than 50,000 documents with them and prepare for the next deposition using CT Summation."
CT Summation has also received two other LTN Award nominations for its CaseVault 5.0 product: Electronic Data Discovery Systems Hardware/Software and Electronic Data Discovery Systems Service. The winners, as selected by Law Technology News readers, will be announced on February 5, 2008 at the Law Technology News Awards Dinner.
